7 Card Poker

In 7 Card Stud you do not share your cards with any other players. There is no community card. However, just like in Texas Hold'em and Omaha, there are cards that all players can see. If you are with all the way to the showdown, your hand will consist of seven cards, three hidden and four open. From these, use five cards to make the best possible poker hand. 7 Card Stud is played with ants instead of blinds used in Texas Hold'em, for example. Before the cards are dealt, each online kasino player wishing to participate in the hand makes a mandatory bet, either, to build a pot. Ante is normally 10% of the small bid (see below).

Fourth Street

Each player now receives a new card. This card is given openly so everyone can see it. Then follows a new bidding round. Now begins the player with the best visible hand. That is, on the fourth street, the highest pair, or if no one has a pair, the highest cards poker casino. Whoever opens the bidding round on the fourth street (and later streets) has the opportunity to check, ie not to bid, but to pass that opportunity on to the online casino fr player. The bidding round takes place in the same way as the previous one.

Seventh Street

Now all remaining players get their seventh and final card, and this is dealt closed and hidden from opponents. The last betting round begins, and just like before, it is the player with the best visible hand who begins. If there is more than one player left when the betting round is over, there will be a showdown, and the player with the best poker hand consisting of five cards wins.

If there are not enough cards left in the deck to give all players the seventh card, one community card is placed in the middle of the table that all players use, following the same principle as in Texas Hold'em and Omaha. Just like in most other poker casino variants, the game is mostly about learning to recognize the strong starting hands. In 7 Card Stud you will want to see a high pair, three of a kind, three cards in the same suit or three consecutive cards to straight.

Live Cards

This game is about being alert and having a good memory. Keep track of which visible cards the other players have and which cards are discarded along the way. If you have three hearts in your starting hand, you naturally try to get a flush, but for every visible heart of an opponent, your chances decrease. The same applies if you go to a straight, or if you have a pair and hope for three of a kind.
